    Ordering

    • Can I make changes to my order?
    We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we allow changes up to 12 hours after the order was placed. Simply email us at hello@momocase.com and be sure to include your order number! If you would like to select another design, please include the URL. If you need to switch the device type or color, simply state that information in your email.
    If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll keep in touch via email. If you’re not receiving our messages, be sure to check the Spam / Junk folder of the email you registered with us.

     

    • I’ve ordered few cases but I can’t find all of them. Where are the missing cases?

    All momo products are boxed individually - Be sure to thoroughly check the contents of your package. If you still can’t find the cases you ordered, contact us and we’ll assist you!

     

    • I want to join the MOMO Artist Collection to sell my design. Who do I contact?
